First United Methodist Church - Winter Garden, FL: Give & Share

Many people are interested in making a gift to the church, in recognition of God's many blessings. We offer many options:

Provide flowers for the altar for a particular week (e.g., to remember a loved one's birthday, celebrate a wedding anniversary). There is a sign up chart at the back of the Sanctuary.

Purchase an worship item for our sanctuary (e.g., altar cloths, Christ Candle). Your donation is recorded in a special commemorative book kept in the Sanctuary. Contact the church office to discuss a suitable item.

Contribute to our capital campaign to restore FUMC's Sanctuary Windows. Our beautiful windows were installed in the 1940's. We commissioned a detailed report from an expert on how best to restore them. We have a plan, now we need the money! Restoring one window costs anywhere between $1400 and $5000.

Speak to a member of FUMC's Committee on Endowments to discuss major gifts.

Our Food Pantry is located in room 109 next to our Prayer Chapel. Your weekly non-perishable food donations make this ministry possible. Donation baskets are in the sanctuary. We need volunteers to serve and pray with our guests. For more information call our church office, (407)-656-1135.
