Position Summary
The Preschool Director is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of The Learning Center (TLC) and its programs. He or she has the responsibility for the supervision of the teachers, assistants and staff. The individual will work closely with the Senior Pastor and the Business Manger to support the mission of TLC and the ministries of First United Methodist Church.

Position Summary
The VPK Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children in a manner consistent with the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards, ensuring a safe, stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes kindergarten readiness. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting assessments, and communicating with parents about child development and progress. The VPK Lead Teacher will supervise the classroom assistant, ensure compliance with all program requirements, and manage daily classroom operations.
