Commitment Form

Each year, members of FUMC Winter Garden are invited to make a commitment, or gift, to the Operating Budget. This giving supports all the programs and ministries and the church, including worship, programs for children and students, Bible studies, small groups, pastoral care and support, building and operational needs, and staffing.

We plan our ministries and missions by relying on your commitments to develop next year’s budget. Your giving ensures that we here at FUMC Winter Garden have the resources available to do ministry!

Children's Programs:

  • Art Reach-Impact Center
  • Tween 4th/5th grade activities.  

Youth Programs:

  • Sunday Night Ablaze

Missions:

  • Partner in Education at Dillard Street Elementary
  • Habitat Build
  • The Hope Center
  • 8 Waves
  • Coalition for the Homeless

We want to continue to grow in our releasing of the blessings in 2024 as our current ministries grow and new ones begin. Our vision is to reach more people in Winter Garden and our surrounding areas, especially in Clermont, where we have launched new ministries this past month.  That will happen as we all come together in connection and relationship, releasing our blessings!

Some of that will happen as we give of our time, using our gifts and abilities to serve in different areas, around the church and in our community; some will come through the offering of our prayers; some will happen as we give of our money, allowing our budget to be fulfilled. Take some time to prayerfully consider how you will be able to financially support the 2024 budget.

Your gifts to First United Methodist Church of Winter Garden help the church equip, prepare and send disciples to share the love of Christ with others – both in this community and around the world. Contributions help pay for our gathering place for all of us to worship, learn and grow together – and help our church family to live out the great commission to, “Go make disciples of all nations.”
