Sundays at First UMC Winter Garden

This service includes liturgy, congregational hymns accompanied by the organ and follows a traditional order of worship. Our Chancel choir also provides other sacred music and once a month our hand bell choir, Christ Carillon, also performs.

A Fellowship Time where, fruit, donuts, tea, water, juice and coffee are made available in the courtyard next to the Fellowship Hall. This is a great time to find new people as well as meet with old friends.

"SPARK"

Children's Choir

For children age 4-5th grade. Practice at 10:00 am each Sunday in room 111. Spark Choir performs at the 9:00am Traditional and 10:45am Contemporary Services on multiple Sundays throughout the year.  All necessary skills will be taught. Children learn to sing and play bells. Don't worry about stopping for treats for the kids, they have their own in choir.

Contemporary Service

This service is held in our Sanctuary. Our Praise Team leads the congregation with upbeat contemporary Christian music and praise songs.  Large media screens in front of the Sanctuary are used to show scripture, song lyrics, sermon illustrations, videos, and more. Dress is casual.

Sunday SPARK

The children will participate at the beginning of the 10:45 worship service and then have the opportunity to go to "Sunday SPARK" for age appropriate Bible lessons for Prek-5th grade!

NURSERY

Childcare is available in the Nursery during Sunday worship for ages 0-3.
